Walking the Dead
A unique and personal confrontation with Norwegian complicity in Israel's genocide on Palestinians. The film journeys (literally) from the weapons industry in Kongsberg to the Oil Funds headquarters in Oslo, through the companies own absurd promo videos and in contrast to the enormous amount of suffering inflicted on the Palestinians, the film questions how norwegians can relate to a self-image of innocence that is cracking.

“Et hederlig unntak er Henrik Andersens film Walking The Dead hvor filmskaperen går ett skritt per drepte person i Gaza, avløst av hjemmevideoer fra slagmarken parallelt med promoveringsvideoer fra norske leverandører av krigsmateriell.
Dissonansen mellom de glossy reklamene til bedriftene og de hjemmefilmede krigsvideoene illustrerer poenget glassklart, og det er glimrende og hardtslående. Det er bare tankevekkende at man måtte til filmprogrammet for å finne den.”
